Perfect location for those who want to stay near the drains station, hotel is just on the opposite side of the station. Buses to grotto is available in front of the train station.

The hotel is great, room are very small. The AC is not working very well. We switched room for that reason but still. Also I received conflicting information about check out time. My train was at 6:30 am. I was told that I could check out at 6:15 am but it was not true . I should have checked out the night before

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

Bel établissement avec un grand parking gratuit. Le hall d’entrée est magnifiquement décoré et propre. La chambre 205 est certe petite mais la vue sur les Pyrénées est fort belle. La salle de bain est lumineuse spacieuse avec une porte vitrée donnant sur le jardin. La chambre a été bien faite tous les 4 jours de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est bon sans plus. Tout est bien nettoyé entre chaque client. Prix un peu cher mais au vu des prestations cela passe aisément. On ne peut que conseiller cet endroit propre, moderne, bien situé en face de la gare et non loin du sanctuaire.

Tout a été parfait , la chambre le petit déjeuner. Alors pourquoi 3 ? La raison est simple le manque de gentillesse du personnel!!!! J ai rarement un personnel aussi désagréable dans un hôtel. Donc essayez de sourire et vous verrez la vie sera plus belle

The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Very calm and serene atmosphere, I expected the rooms to be a little bigger, but I guess the architecture is different everywhere.

일본의 비즈니스 호텔 처럼 방의 공간이 매우 협소합니다. 프런트 직원은 늘 무언가 몹시 불쾌해 하는 분위기이고 전혀 고객을 환대하지 않습니다. 조식은 수퍼마켓의 빵, 우유 등을 나열해 놓은 것이고 신선한 과일이나 호텔식당에서 직접 만든 음식은 전혀 없습니다. 체크아웃 후의 가방을 맡기려면 창고에 직접 가방을 넣어야 하고, 찾을 때도 직접 창고에 들어가서 꺼내와야 합니다. 루르드 역 바로 앞에 있다는 것이 유일한 장점이지만 그것은 성지에서 멀다는 것을 의미하므로 단점이 될 수도 있습니다.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie dal 17 al 20 gennaio in questa bella struttura. Complessivamente tutto bene salvo la sorpresa della camera. Ho prenotato ( e pagato ) con agenzia una stanza Queen Privilege descritta con vista giardino e montagne e servizi superiori a quella assegnataci ( vedi foto ). Volendo ritornare prossimamente ho chiesto direttamente una quotazione facendo presente il precedente… Mi hanno risposto inviando il solo Link di booking. Ho soggiornato più volte in vari Best Western nel mondo ma non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento così
