L'hôtel ça va mais les 2repas pris le 8 au soir et le 9 quelle catastrophe! de la soupe en brique, des boulettes de bœuf immangeables, des erreurs de plat non stop le9 mai une attente inimaginable tout ça pour la modique somme de 45euros par repas dans le cadre de la demi pension! Puis en arrivant et regardant la facture, notre chambre le 8 mai facturée 195 euros et le 9mai la même chambre facturée 275 euros!

Bel Hôtel très bien situé, accueil sympathique, chambre confortable mais douche assez difficile d'accès vu la hauteur de la baignoire. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la mauvaise organisation des petits déjeuners (entassement des groupes, seulement 2 machines à boissons chaudes dont l'une était en panne un matin d'où attentes, regarnissage des plats déficient), ni celle des dîners, où un soir nous avons attendu près de 3/4 d'heure le plat principal. Points à revoir donc.

Pour notre 6ème séjour nous sommes revenus dans cet Hôtel. Tout simplement nous nous y sentons bien, réservation par téléphone, accueil au top, cadre de qualité et proche du sanctuaire. Se renouveler sur un avis est parfois difficile, mais d'être client "régulier" facilite encore plus les échanges avec l'équipe. nous y retournons en juin les yeux fermés

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient since it’s very close to the church/grotto, restaurants and shopping center. The staffs are accomodating. We greatly appreciate Antonio at the front desk for his warm smile and friendly attitude.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant quatre jours. Tout est parfait. L’accueil, le service, les chambres. La décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique magnifique. Il est très bien situé puisqu’il se trouve au pied de l’entrée du sanctuaire. Je reviendrai.

Bien situé et toutes les prestations sont là. Calme, parking sécurisé possible. Grand hôtel avec beaucoup de groupes de personnes. Spa, bar et restaurant. Chambre très propre et pittoresque. Restaurant très bien. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

I felt at home and invited to be there. Beautiful room, quiet, super clean. I will be back to this hotel company. Food was the absolute best!!! I stayed at Intercontinental Hotel in M****ille and this rates right up there with that. The staff was very kind ,giving, gentile, and fit the ambiance of peace I felt at the Grotto.

Un emplacement idéal , proche du sanctuaire et de tous les commerces. Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. Nous avons pris une chambre avec la vue sur le parc ce qui nous a permis d être au 1 er loge pour la procession mais aussi d être au calme. Un peu déçu par la taille des chambres et par le petit dej ou le rapport qualité prix est excessif.
