The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

El desayuno normalito faltaba una tostadora, que se tendrian que dar cuenta que el huevo para el beicon no se hace así, nadie lo comia, sera por algo!!! por lo demás muy bien todo.
Un vestíbulo impresionante, con su escalera a lo grande. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la atención en el vestíbulo genial.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare des bus. A l'aéroport de Tarbes, un autocar vous amène à la gare des bus pour 3 EUR. Les sanctuaires ne sont pas loin. L'ascenseur pour monter à la ville haute est juste à côté. Les chambres standard ne sont pas très grandes, mais comme partout en ville. Tout était très propre. Le personnel était super gentil et poli, à l'accueil, au restaurant, même les nettoyeuses. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas super génial, mais bien suffisant (je crains qu'il y ait des produits décongelés). Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Dans la chambre il y a un coffre et un petit frigo. Les chambres sont climatisées mais nous n'avons pas testé le système, la température était bonne. Nous reviendrons et nous prendrons une chambre plus grande.

EXCELLENT HÔTEL TRÈS BIEN TENU Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont d’excellente qualité Le personnel est d’une amabilité et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant et au petit déjeuner. Hôtel très propre et services de qualité Seul petit bémol quand on y passe plusieurs nuits…la carte du restaurant manque de variétés et on aimerait un renouvellement pour le dîner du soir mais la salle de restaurant est très agréable tout comme le personnel qui vous sert . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel très agréable et où l’on se sent bien. Merci au personnel et à la Direction de cet établissement remarquablement tenu et soigné.

Avevo scelto tale hotel perché mi sono trovato sempre benissimo ma stavolta ha toppato. Personale molto scortese e nemmeno salutavano al nostro arrivo. Addirittura al check out volevano farmi nuovamente pagare non trovava il pagamento fatto online e già controllato al mio arrivo. Morale della favola ho perso autobus ed ho dovuto prendere un taxi per 40 euro anziché 3 euro del bus. Stanze strette e lunghe tipo corridoio e letto scomodo. Un inferno

Hotel cutre. En otra época parece que vivió todo su esplendor, pero desde luego las habitaciones están totalmente envejecidas y se ve que no han gastado en mantenimiento. Se escucha todo lo de los pasillos, puerta del baño rota, tele no funciona… Si solo lo vas a usar para dormir, justo; pero no esperes ninguna comodidad.
