Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Chambre propre, équipements récents et fonctionnels, bonne insonorisation, lit confortable, dîner et petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil chaleureux. Parking municipal gratuit à proximité. A conseiller vivement ! Gérard

Quite a nice and comfortable hotel in Lourdes. Just a short walk from the shrine, which makes it convenient for attending the services during the day and night procession too. The rooms were comfortable and food was good.

My room was just above the patio and the restaurant and some off the staff members they make a lot a noise around 5.45 am to get ready for the kitchen work! Anointing and loud noise

I came to this same hotel after 21 years with the family. My kids were 8/5 then. It was like coming home again. The service was amazing and we had an awesome time.

Falta de limpieza en la habitación y la cama no la hacen, lo unico qué realizan en volver a estirar la colcha y ya está, una vergüenza, la comida horrible y escasa, los empleados a acepción de uno que era un jeta y se hacía el tonto para no servirte lo que le pedías, los demás muy atentos.

Sono anni che soggiorniamo sempre all'Hotel Gloria , accoglienza Favolosa. Marie parla Italiano , camere Ordinate e Pulite, Cucina Francese ,ma....per noi Italiani alcune pietanze cucinate a parte. Buonissime e Abbondanti , una colazione completissima Cornetto , Burro, Marmellate varie , succhi di frutta e ancora tanta Frutta Fresca. Grazie Hotel Gloria a due passi dal Santuario e prezzi Moderati. Mi sono Emozionato arrivando e incontrando la sempre sorridente proprietaria. Torneremo un Abbraccio.
