Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute de tout le monde, notamment des personnes âgées. Cela en fait une expérience agréable pour eux et pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était varié et chacun pouvait trouver quelque chose de savoureux dans tout ce qui était proposé. Ce copieux petit-déjeuner vous permettra de tenir toute la journée. Le dîner était très savoureux et joliment présenté. Vous recevez du pain avec chaque plat et une carafe d'eau. Conclusion : l'hôtel est fortement recommandé ! Mes parents, mon frère et moi avons quitté l'hôtel avec un bon sentiment et sommes reconnaissants de notre séjour là-bas. Merci encore!

Close to the Basilica which made it a a perfect location, helps as we were there for hours on end. All was decent, clean and comfortable, I recommend it for this reason.

It was close to everything but the photos were not an accurate representation of the hotel. It is quite old and musty. It is still very clean, however. The bathtubs are slippery and dangerous.

We requested cleaning staff return in15 mins on one occasion or when convenient, as i
was in the shower. We realised language might be a barrier, so also asked reception to pass on message. They said they would, when we returned in the evening the cleaning had not been done. We were unable to open safe on our last night with our code, tried to phone reception but phones turned off. Got dressed and went down to reception( needed our passports etc) as we were leaving early in the morning. The night porter was very nice but unable to help as he didn't know where master key was, a couple off hours later he found it and opened the safe. This saga went on from around midnight to 2 or 3 a.m. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation.

Bugs in bed (had to ask for another room, not one word from staff about it, like “sorry”, for instance). In general, outdated property in need of renovation, but perfectly located a few steps away from main landmarks.

The hotel is very good for the area of Lourdes it represent a very good rating for the standards of the city . The location is excellent for a religious visit . The staff is very courteous and efficient.
