Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes

Depuis des années,je viens dans cet hôtel chaleureux et très proche du Sanctuaire! Les personnes à l'accueil de jour comme de nuit sont plus qu'aimables et m'ont rendu plusieurs services( fax, transfert de photos sur une clé usb), ainsi que les personnes au restaurant,très serviables également,avec le sourire! La chambre est agréable et le lit confortable. Merci!

Unfortunately my wife and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Everything started to go wrong upon arrival where there was no more space available in the hotel parking lot and we were told to park the car in another hotel away from this one. Then the fourth. They put us in a room with no ventilation at all. And the hotel's air conditioning was off. They told us they were going to change our room but they didn't. We also bought breakfast from the hotel. But the staff are poorly trained. We were asked to show proof of payment repeatedly during our meal, plus there's a totally nonsensical rule for you to use the tables to have your breakfast. Every day we were asked to change tables to another one that wasn't ready. The justification is that the one we had sat on was to be used only for lunch. All in all, a bad experience.
