Un accueil très chaleureux Un personnel très compétent et très accueillant Un service parfait Les chambres sont très agréables et bien agencées d’une grande propreté Cet hôtel est très bien situé proche des sanctuaires J’aurais un grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage de séjourner dans cet hôtel

Très bon accueil. Chambres correctes et cadre magnifique cependant rien dans la salle de bains pour accrocher les serviettes et surtout pas de revêtement antidérapant dans la baignoire. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits, le ménage n'a pas été fait et les serviettes n’ont pas été chargées; cela a été signalé à la réception. Sinon personne très agréable et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Staff was lovely but no information on the notice board about the grotto mass & no trips..no vending machine in the lobby ..room are small for 3 people, housekeeping was very bad , had no extra toilet roll ,had 2 ask for it plus fresh towels..as a 4 star hotel guests shouldn't have to ask for about ..staff should be more knowledgeable on day trips & what's going on in the area ....top marks for camililo for being a pure gentleman..

Le séjour à Lourdes c'est bien passé en prière nous avons passé un très bon moment. Ce pendant en ce qui concerne le logement les espaces de couchage étaient vêtus la salle de bain vieillotte beignoir rose rempli de tarte bref Le lit superposé des enfants en fer qui grince bcp mes enfants ont dû prendre les matelas et les mettre par terre dans notre chambre. J ai pris des photos pour vous montrer que ce logement doit être rénové. Que c'est inadmissible de faire louer ce genre d appartement. La pièce de vie est agréable mais c'est la seule pièce qui a été rénové. Et c'est cette pièce qui est mise en avant et lorsqu on arrive dans le logement on tombe de haut et c est dommage.

Hôtel très vieillissant, piscine intérieur très petite et non chauffée. Prix du restaurant relativement plus chère que les restaurants autour. Petit déjeuner très banale.
Concernant la chambre, plusieurs traces de moisissures dans la douches, pas de prise au lit pour recharger les téléphones. Hôtel relativement bruyant.
Ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix!

I’ve stayed at the property many times before, but this time, whereas there has been enormous improvements with the foyer and reception area. The menu was small, hugely expensive service was slow. The bedroom was more like a hostel bedroom. It was so small that the armchair was by my bed so I couldn’t get out. I asked them to remove the armchair which was not done. There was no shampoo, it really was like being in a hostel, I would never go back
