We loved your staff - especially Valorie and Maxime. Thru were full of advice, smiles and laughs. The room was clean and confortable. They held our luggage after checkout until we needed to leave. We’re very accommodating to my mother who needed assistance and ordered a taxi for our way out to the bus.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is a 3 star hotel but seemed like a 4 star :) Maxime and Geraldina in Reception were so kind, and helpful with our questions, arranging taxis, and advice about Lourdes. The rooms were lovely, the window opened, and the shower had the luxury rain shower head. The bathroom mirror had lighting for putting on make up. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. It was very quiet (other than one night the party on the street got a bit loud). I appreciated the reading light next to the bed and the coffee service in the room. The bar area in the lobby was spacious, and there was outdoor seating as well. It was a short walk to the cathedral, but not too close so the crowds were not impacting our stay. There was a small market across the lower street for snacks and beverages. Highly recommend!

Nothing about this hotel was appealing. Loud noise from the street and rooms above. A terribly hard bed a step above sleeping on the floor. We were an hour early for check in, told the room was ready, but they would charge us $30€ for that hour. We came back later. We reserved dinner as it was easy, and they upsold us breakfast (my mistake to accept). Then they seated us in a hallway next to the food rubbish and dirty dish cart. When I protested, they moved us to a lousy smaller cafeteria room, as all the good seating was reserved for groups/tours, although a family who checked in after us was seated. The food was atrocious! I knew it was a buffet, but it was the worst buffet I have ever eaten. Pure garbage. Avoid this rat trap at all costs. We saw several nicer hotels I should have booked on our walk to the Shrine.

Chambre très confortable . Hôtel très accueillant .Personnel très cordial et très serviable . Situation idéale , dans le centre ville , très près des commerces et du lieu saint . Restaurant de très bonne qualité . Ce fut un plaisir d'y séjourner .

Siamo stati in questo hotel, alle spalle della grotta di Lourdes, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, ottima la vista, spero di ritornarci. Ottima esperienza a Lourdes anche se per me è stata la quarta volta, hotel molto frequentato, da brava gente.

Hotel gestito perfettamente dall’accoglienza, alla parte ristorante, alla camera molto spaziosa e pulita. L’ingresso alla grotta è comodissimo ed è a 50 metri grazie ad un ascensore dedicato. Il parcheggio davanti alla porta dell’hotel, da prenotare, è perfetto per chi arriva a Lourdes con la propria auto. Consigliatissimo!

I had a very good time staying at the hostel. The room was very clean, comfortable and there is a lot of privacy too. The staff was very kind. I have visit a lot of hostels and I can truly say that this one is on top of my favourites. I would suggest to everyone to try this experience

The people were so helpful especially the Msnager on duty on Sunday. She went above and beyond and spoke great English! They went above and beyond by allowing us to park our car right there. (I believe we paid $20). To get to the shrine we took their elevator down to the next street level and proceeded to walk to the shrine entrance.

Très bien situé par rapport au sanctuaire et parking possible. Partie hôtellerie très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, matelas confortable, bien equipée et salle de bain propre. Espaces publics entretenus. Ascenseurs pour les PMR. Partie restauration médiocre : salle de restaurant très serrée et repas quasi tout industriel. C’est très dommage et le prix n’est pas adapté à la proposition.
