Hotel Sainte Rose

Très bien situé par rapport au sanctuaire et parking possible. Partie hôtellerie très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, matelas confortable, bien equipée et salle de bain propre. Espaces publics entretenus. Ascenseurs pour les PMR. Partie restauration médiocre : salle de restaurant très serrée et repas quasi tout industriel. C’est très dommage et le prix n’est pas adapté à la proposition.

Le dévidoir de papier de toilette n'est vraiment pas pratique lorsqu'à moitié vide il s'agit de récupérer à l'intérieur le papier sans le déchirer ! Sinon RAS quant au reste de la chambre. Le personnel est top, toujours prêt à rendre service !

Very warm welcome, service staff always available, excellent breakfast. Hotel very well located in the city, quiet area, good insulation, not disturbed by noise. If there is anything to complain about, it would be the price, decent by today's standards, but I have experienced cheaper hostels.

Not a relaxing stay. The hostel has just opened in a wing of the Sainte Rose hotel. The receptionist who accompanied me to my room discovered it at the same time as me. No light on the ceiling. The maintenance team came to my dorm at 9am. She didn't know I was there. But that didn't stop them from intervening again in the afternoon without my knowledge, rendering the bathtub unusable. It was when I got home that I discovered it. The front desk offered me to move or use the bathroom in another dorm. I can understand the delays in the work (upholstery loose, bed not properly assembled, mirror missing, hooks, etc.) But beyond that, there are communication problems between the teams but also with the client. I was offered breakfast (14th otherwise). How come some employees don't know where "the podium" (area for eating near the bar) is located. We waste time waiting and it spoils the stay. Or in which buffet I should serve myself. In the dormitories I stayed in, there are few places for business, and probably also for breathing in the summer (there is no air conditioning). New beds take up a lot of space and some lockers cannot be opened fully. In short, in all cases we do not put rooms up for rent if they are not ready, we already have to sift through everything, even if it means canceling the customer's reservation or at least warning them. After 11 hours of driving and having paid for your nights, we don't expect to come across this. It's certainly in progress and I understand it, the team is attentive and that's very appreciable, but too many things have accumulated to the detriment of my stay

Very pleasant, comfortable family hotel. Absolutely charming and very attentive staff. It feels like home...Buffet-style meals morning, noon and evening. Excellent, varied, fresh and homemade products. Very good value for money. Very nice terrace high up, very quiet (you need a little ☀️)... Coming as a family we were not disappointed. A big thank you to you.
