Super well located hotel, about 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The view from the room was beautiful as per the photo. I stayed in a double room with a large private bathroom. Very simple bathroom with hairdryer and hot water but no towel rack accessible to the shower. Room with air conditioning but without minibar. Daily room cleaning and towel change as well. It has wifi. Excellent service from reception to the restaurant. Very good breakfast with a variety of juices, cereal, eggs and jam. Average value for money for the hotel. I only had one problem: the carpet in the room was very damp next to one of the beds, not suitable for people with allergies.

It's an affordable and clean hotel if you want a quick overnight stay in Lourdes. Nothing flashy just a clean and affordable hotel.

The small room, unusual bathroom, the bidet with the sink and the toilet in another receptacle! Buy additional breakfast and it's unfortunate. The good thing is the location, there are also many other alternatives near the sanctuary. There are 4 stars in the image, I don't know why?

The hotel is very well placed to do everything on foot! The welcome is very pleasant. The rooms are clean but very very dated, our bathroom could do with some updating. The sound insulation is non-existent, you can hear street noise as if you were there. Concerning the breakfast, it seems to me that the pastries were not of the day... It is not a breakfast of a 4 star hotel. Overall I am disappointed.

Nice place right on the river close to all you could want to do or see in Lourdes. We spend one night here and were greeted by a gentleman (his first day) who with the help of his coworkers got us all checked in and informed me of all the english channels on the tv. Which I thought was extremely helpful as I usually spend a bit of time looking for them. So kudos to this gentleman for that bit of advice! The room was compact and quite comfortable and the check out process was seamless as we just left out key on the counter. A great place to stay!

A lovely hotel with lovely helpful staff. Loaned us a wheelchair for free for our elderly mother . Hotel geared up for the less abled. Everything was very good inc the filling breakfast. 2 minor comments 1 . We had meals in the hotel but we were clearly rushed through the courses and we not on any pilgrimage groups. 2. Parking is free but not on the premises. The car park is about 200 plus metres away. The car park opp is pay during the day. Hotel is in a great position with easy access to the main areas and opp the lovely river.
