Hotel in posizione stupenda, trasuda fascino da ogni ambiente, a partire dall’esterno, per continuare nella hall, nella sala ristorante e nelle camere. Posizione eccellente e personale super disponibile e gentile. Segnalo che non dispone di un proprio parcheggio auto (ma a 2’ a piedi ne trovate uno pubblico comodissimo) e che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è proprio economico, considerando che la colazione a buffet costa 20€ a persona. Ottimo ristorante interno, con menù del giorno a prezzi buoni, ma con le scelte alla carta un po’ care; consiglio comunque sia l’hotel che il ristorante perché, come spesso accade, la qualità si paga ma lascia decisamente soddisfatti

Simon checked us in and he said that he was upgrading our room! It was so so nice! We also received complimentary candles to walk in the procession at 9:00 p.m. We decided to go to the bar for a drink and had a very nice bartender who gave us some olives and crackers. I believe we ate every meal in the restaurant. It was delicious and they all called us by name when we walked in. It makes you feel very special.

The hotel was lovely. I loved the historic architecture. If visiting during the off season,be aware that little to no resturants or cafes are open. Very short walk to the sanctuary of Lourdes. Staff was friendly.

The location to the Sanctuary is perfect. The entire staff is friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Lourdes.

I did not like the carpet. The room is clean but is smelly. Also I did not like the beddings. I doubled the blanket and still freezing. Temp control does not work properly. They should use comforter instead of those old blankets. Carpet needs to be changed smelly. Location perfect
