Chambre sans TV, fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas, bouton interrupteur cassé, bruit jusqu’à 1 h du matin… bref séjour moyen.

Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done!

Menu pas variés pommes de terre pâtes à beaucoup de repas.Les chambres sur la rue trop bruyantes de bon matin,impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Le linge de toilette devrait être changé tout les jours sans le demander

Accueil très chaleureux . Hôtelier très arrangeant me permettant de rester jusqu’au lendemain midi…
Petit déjeuner simple mais copieux . Pain beurre confiture et croissant. Très bon rapport qualité prix en étant très raisonnable. Situé à 3 mn du sanctuaire

Très bien situé dans Lourdes.
Accueil d'une très grande qualité.
Le patron de cet établissement est vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients et pleins de bons tuyaux pour agrémenter le séjour.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Hotel scelto per il prezzo visto che a ottobre ci son tanti pellegrinaggi e c'è poca disponibilità negli hotels o. Struttura vecchia 1 stella stanza piccola pavimento in legno scricchiolante coperto da moquette consunta, doccia piccola con righe di muffa e pavimento in linoleum, senza TV a noleggio volendo a euro 5,00 al giorno. Pagato euro 33 ,o0o a notte. Stanza divise d a pareti in cartongesso quindi non insonorizzate, stanza disvellata vuol dire che da un lato all'altro c'era una pendenza di 15 cm si andava in discesa.....Posizione comunque fuori dal traffico nel centro storico, tranquilla.... Lato positivo la cordialità e disponibilità del gestore ilq uale ha riferito che ha acquisito la struttura d ameno di 1 mese e provvederà alla manutenzione....prima colazione caffè latte croissant pane burro marmellata a euro 6,50 ＜ la pulizzia in Francia dappertutto anche nei risotranti è un opzional poco conosciuto !!!! Comunque il viaggio a Lourdes è spirituale e ci si adatta......Tante struttura chiuse fallite per il covid così anche i negozi chiusi tranne nel raggio di 200 mt
