First of all I want to say Cecilia is a cheat. She charged £172 for a service she never provided. Let me explain. I booked the room via ***********. Unfortunately our arrival time was outside of her check in time. However her website said we can pay £30 extra to check i. Out of hours. So I informed her via ***********, to which she replied she can't take us. But she never give permission for *********** to cancel our booking and refund. Instead she constantly repeated saying that she is unable to take us. *********** informed us that they are negotiating for us. So we couldn't cancel the booking and book another place. As a result we travelled to Villa Cecilia from the UK only to find out that her gate is closed, not answering to the door bell or picking up my calls. Unfortunately our flight was late for another hour so we reached her place at midnight. When I called ***********, they said they are unable to do anything unless she gave permission to cancel and refund, as she wouldn't take their calls as well. Then we had to find another place by ourselves and left her place. She gave us a refund of £4 which I am not sure what calculation she did. She or *********** never gave me any more refund or any explanation, to this day. I lost my £168.

Cuidado con el horario de Check-in😫. Lamento dejar esta reseña negativa, no me gusta hacerlo, pero no tengo otro remedio. Me iba a retrasar en el horario de llegada, y a las 17:30h recibo un whatsapp del alojamiento diciendo que la recepción es hasta las 18h y que después estaba cerrado. Expliqué que iba a retrasarme 1 o 2 horas ya que estaba en el camino y me dijo que no era posible, cito textualmente: "Siento haberte esperado toda la tarde, necesitas buscar otro alojamiento". Supuso un trastorno y preocupación tener que buscar otro alojamiento a esas horas para pasar la noche, y con todo, no recibí el dinero de vuelta, ni una parte.

Realice una reserva en Villa Cecilia y como me comentó por mensaje que estuviera max a las 18;00h. Le avisé que no seríamos exactos, ya que la carretera y circulación no era muy buena. Llegando a Lourdes fuimos detrás de un camión y llegamos a las 18:10h. Cuando llegamos y llamamos al timbre no recibimos respuesta.Nos dejó en la calle. Varios mensajes de dura conversación e inflexibilidad. Nos encontramos con un nulo servicio y estresante búsqueda de nuevo alojamiento.

Nice hotel, with a very friendly owner. The hotel is within walking distance of the main events. The rooms are basic but with everything you would need.The breakfast is ok.
Price/quality is very good.

Mucho mejor que cualquiera de los hoteles de Lourdes, que son antiguos y cochambrosos. Está bien ubicado aunque algo apartado del barullo del santuario. Las habitaciones son algo mejorables, sobretodo el baño, pero no se escucha nada de ruido. El desayuno es correcto pero mejorable, hay poca variedad y cantidad, no es estilo buffet. La amfitriona es muy simpática, lo recomiendo. Calidad precio adecuado.

Nous avons resté chez Villa Cécilia avec un groupe d'ados. Nous avons été acceuillis de manière très chaleureuse. Les chambres sont bonnes en qualité/prix. Cécile nous a fait un repas parfaitement adapté au groupe, a préparé un petit déjeuner frais très tôt le matin pour qu'on puisse prendre le TGV tôt,... Villa Cécilia était parfaite pour notre groupe.
