It is a great hotel, very friendly, service in several languages including Spanish, spacious, clean rooms, varied and good quality breakfast. Highly recommended.

comment peut ont qualifié cette hôtel 4 étoiles. rien est a la hauteur . accueil décevant. chambre quel qu'onques que je qualifierai d'une étoile et encore . restaurant déplorable après 19 h 30 le chef cuisinier est parti ont vous sert un repas cher qui est immangeable et tous cela dans le cadre d'un 4 étoiles je vous déconseille de choisir cette hôtel de toute façon je ne pense pas que se soit un gros problème de la direction car cette hôtel tourne avec les touristes étranges et français qui arrive par bus le plus décevant c'est la réponse est toujours la même et aucun efforts n'ai apporté a ce jour .j'aimerais savoir qui attribue les 4 Etoiles mérite d'être rétrogradé 1 étoile

Bon hôtel, bon accueil à Lourdes pas trop loin du Sanctuaire. Équipe agréable et efficace! Chambre propre convenant parfaitement pour un pèlerinage de quelques jours

Very close to basilica, clean, good but toilettes are so old. Booked a room for 4 persons view river but we got a very basic room with no view, we were upset, we claimed to the reception, they gave us a suite with river view at sqme price. We eere so pleased with this gesture. The staff were very helpful qnd gave us all info we need.

De mieux en mieux et c’est principalement la cuisine qui s’est améliorée cette année. Une mention au chef et à son équipe. L’accueil et le personnel est toujours aussi disponible et souriant. Les chambres avec une double porte permettent une très bonne isolation du couloir.

Un effort concernant la propreté des chambres ainsi que la vétusté des assises au niveau du bureau puis l'absence de lumière serait un plus. Personnels de la réception pas toujours convaincant et manque d'expertise flagrante. Pas d'ordinateur mis à la disposition H.S; Egalement très surpris par un serveur assez désinvolte, tatouages et torchon à la ceinture

Breakfast and meals were not really satisfying. Meals are like food served to the homeless, not really hotel quality, and my group was not happy. Some of them went out to eat in restaurants for meals. This is my 2nd time to bring my guests to that hotel, my 1st time I met the owner and had no problem with the food, and he told me to stay in that hotel when I bring another group to Lourdes. My guests and I was really disappointed with the food.
