Tout simplement une honte cet hôtel ! Le groupe de pèlerins composé d enfants dont ma fille est arrivé semaine dernière le lundi et l'hôtel n avait plus d eau depuis jours (vendredi...) Après des promesses de réparation non tenues tout le groupe à été transféré en soirée dans un autre hôtel ! Ouf !!! Un miracle ! Chambres sales, draps tâchés, bout d ongles dans les draps, peau d orange au sol, et cheveux dans douche. Pas d eau dans l hotel... donc pas de wc, douches etc... je n'ose pas penser comment est faite la cuisine ? Hygiène ? Petits dej et repas midi vraiment mauvais selon les enfants. (Surgelé) Comment peut on laisser venir un groupe avec des problèmes d eau connus depuis plusieurs jours sans aucune solution ? Je doute de la sincérité des autres commentaires... A éviter et il serait utile que les autorités sanitaires fassent un contrôle sérieux.

Stayed here 3 nights, clean room, but shower doors did not work very well. Boring basic French breakfast, lunches and evening meals not too bad, but service a bit slow as there was only one waiter in our half of the dining room rushing to serve around 30 to 40 people. He worked hard that’s for sure. I wanted a beer before dinner, but no draught so bottled only, the manager couldn’t find any bottles initially but when he did the beer was warm! Then he did not have any change in the till and it took 10+ minutes to get my change, so not to be recommended unless you have a tight budget

Exellente adresse à Lourdes,proche des lieux du sanctuaire. Les points forts : l'accueil est chaleureux, il règne une ambiance joyeuse et familiale dans l'établissement et le restaurant qui sert une cuisinne exellente: fraiche, gouteuse et généreuse. La carte des vins est agréable. Le tout à un exellent rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont un peu viellissantes mais très propre. Le directeur est très sympatique et toujours de bonne humeur. La dame du service est particulièrement gentille et serviable. J'y suis allez deux fois en 3 ans et rien a changé la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Je recommande !
