Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because the other place we were at was completely unacceptable. When I called to check on a room, ”Enzo” took great care of us. He put us in a king suite. It was clean and every necessity was there. We were there in winter, so we didn't use either of the pools, but we did get a good meal at the attacked Indian restaurant. Thank you Enzo.

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

Good points - communal areas clean and tidy. Vitoria on reception nice. Large bedroom looked like it was recently Decorated. Big bed and soft pillows. Enough electric sockets. Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

Very poor experience starting with the 2 bedrooms booked together for expressively explained for family of 5 - and in 2 diff floors!! For 3 nights without any solution offered - Hôtel was not clean as a 4 star should be ! Check the fitness room for proof ! And finally only set of 1 person towels (although 3 weee booked) in the room . Breakfast staff GREAT ! Food pretty standard and hot food poor in quality! Scrambled eggs were socky like microwave cooked .... No questioning from the staff on our stay , how it was etc ... when leaving . Very poor experience-

Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. The hotel belongs to a residential hotel, European style, very quiet, not a tourist attraction, the boss is warm, close to the lake, the sunset is very beautiful.
