來參加親戚家小孩的訂婚喜宴，自己也把房間預訂在這裏，進酒店大門就有一位小夥子幫我拿行李並且一直送我和老伴到房間，因為自己腰不是很好，隨口問了小夥子房間床墊的事，沒想到小夥子立即就告知了當班經理，經理也迅速給出了迴應，説“酒店可以提供更換硬板床服務。” 在我同意的情況下，這邊幫忙給更換了。不得不説這裏服務太好了；也要誇獎下餐飲部，當天的四樓大廳佈置的很好看，廳內冷氣十足，每一位服務人員都很有禮貌，對待客人就像自己家人一樣。 無愧於六安的標桿型酒店，管理服務一流。

因為是第一次來到六安，打電話到前台問了酒店路線，加了大堂工作人員的VX，員工服務很熱情，都能耐心解答問題，溝通中得知我是第一次到六安，大堂經理還幫忙給安排高鐵接站服務....前台入住時給介紹了房型，退房提供的是電子發票，從入住到退房都非常的快速。 早餐品種豐富，應有盡有。非常愉快的一次入住體驗。

很有特色的一家酒店，大堂裝修的非常豪華，裏面的工作人員態度非常好！房間裏面送了點心還有水果，交通方便，位置優越！買了個西瓜，工作人員好貼心的幫忙切好！早餐豐富，品種很多，而且味道都好好的哦😃

朋友推薦預訂的皖西賓館，房間設施完善，晚餐自助餐廳菜品豐富，價格親民，裝修優雅；酒店周邊環境優美，旁邊有個公園，就在酒店附近；體驗到了老五星酒店員工的禮貌友好、熱情周到、專業服務，愛崗敬業的服務精神。下次到六安還會再來這裏。 大堂咖啡還不錯👍

第一次來六安，看着交通方便選擇了皖西賓館，也知道開業很多年了，但是比預期的要滿意的多，他們大堂就有台製冰機，估計是看天氣太熱方便客人的，想法真不錯！去的時候沒有什麼人，前台接待態度很好，後面的背景圖看着不錯，他們還告訴我是哪個大師寫的，有句詩詞我沒有看懂她們還背給我聽，看來是培訓過的！房間也很不錯，設備啥的保養到位，用起來很方便
