The hotel surprised us with so many little touches – adorable toy cars, airplane models, and even lollipops; my child was thrilled during check-in. The cozy reading corner in the lobby, with its children's picture books and local tourist maps, is perfect for families with kids and anyone looking to explore Luan. The public areas are stylishly designed, blending modern decor with warm furnishings, making them ideal for both relaxation and business meetings. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive, showing genuine sincerity from check-in to check-out. The facilities are also new, and the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay. All in all, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip, Hampton by Hilton Luan Shanghe Street is an excellent choice. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the experience is fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Luan!"

"This is my second stay at Kaiyuan. My last stay was in winter last year, and I felt that the conditions were pretty good in all aspects. This time, it's October and the weather is still quite hot. The air conditioning felt completely useless; it was set to cool air, but it felt incredibly hot! Even hotter than outside, I was half-asleep all night because of the heat. The air conditioning must be set to a fixed temperature, as adjusting it down myself did nothing. The service attitude was very good though. If you're planning to stay in the summer, I'd advise caution! In winter, the room temperature is quite high and very warm."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I was truly touched by this Atour Hotel in Lu'an 🥺🥺 I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM that night, starving, dragging my suitcase. I was planning to just order some takeout, but the hotel had instant noodles for late-night snacks. A bowl of noodles and porridge at that late hour was incredibly comforting. That same night, my period suddenly started. Since I didn't have any sanitary napkins with me and the takeout would take a while, I called the front desk for help. The robot delivered three sanitary napkins of different lengths (perfectly suited to my needs), a cup of brewed brown sugar ginger tea, three extra packets of ginger tea, and a little note from the receptionist 🥲🥲🥲 I was so touched. In short, this Atour Hotel in Lu'an is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner is generous, and the receptionist is attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lu'an!"

"I stayed there for New Year's Eve. The room was very nice with a great view. Besides central air conditioning, the room also had underfloor heating. There was welcome fruit and a bedtime drink. You could even make your own fish/rabbit lantern. The front desk even gave us a complimentary fireworks display – very thoughtful! The service was excellent. I woke up to find it snowing heavily – so beautiful! The farm also has many friendly dogs."

"Environment: The hotel's surroundings are nice, situated by a lake with beautiful scenery, and there's a separate water park nearby (charges apply). I suggest they consider a joint program allowing guests unlimited access to the water park during their stay. Service: Very good. Facilities: This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed in a twin room because I didn't have my child with me, and it was quite nice. So this time, I chose a family room with my child and a group of friends. However, the family room's facilities were quite poor, perhaps due to fewer guests. There was a musty smell as soon as I opened the door. The first floor had no windows and poor ventilation; the lighting was orange and dim. There was only a window on the second floor above the stairs, but it couldn't be opened. The wardrobe also had a pungent smell when opened. The hot water for the shower took a very long time to warm up. The most unbearable thing was the towels (see picture). Cleanliness: Because of the poor lighting and air quality, the whole room looked gloomy and unclean."

"Very unsatisfactory experience. We arrived late, and the front desk, restaurant, and hot spring staff all told us that the hot spring would stop admitting people at 9 o'clock. We left after taking a bath at 10 o'clock. When we entered at 8:30, the water temperature was not too hot. We soaked outdoors for a while, and many pools were 36 degrees, which was quite cool. We confirmed with the staff again that we would leave at 10 o'clock, and took a bath at 9:20. The bath water was quite cool. We brought our children with us, but the air conditioner was turned off. We were worried that we would still catch a cold, and we were very angry. We hurriedly got dressed and went out before 10 o'clock. I didn't expect the service to be so bad. We went to eat breakfast at 8:30 the next day, and there was nothing to eat. The dishes were ordinary and the quantity was not enough. There was no porridge, and even the ingredients of noodles, soy sauce and vinegar, were gone. The skin on the fries was not cleaned, which was really surprising. We upgraded the room type and spent a lot of money on Chinese New Year, but the experience was extremely bad. I will not come again."

"Seriously, a word of warning! I ran into a trap at check-in today: the receptionist wouldn't just scan my ID card; she insisted I open a mini-program. I asked if I could do it directly, and she flatly said no, grabbing her phone to try and do it herself. I immediately realized something was wrong and snatched it back, saying, "Don't bother with all that, just check in normally." After some back and forth, I finally checked in with my ID card—no need to scan any codes! It feels like there's something fishy going on here. I bet if they scanned the code, they'd be trying to authorize or register me for a membership, and I wouldn't even know how my personal information got stolen. So, for anyone going to the hotel, please be careful: no matter what the receptionist says, insist on registering with your ID card. Don't download any apps, and don't scan random codes! Protect your personal information and don't get tricked into signing up for any automatically charged memberships. It's always good to be cautious when traveling! The hotel's cleanliness was also so-so, and the design was flawed in many ways. There were no power outlets near the table, and when I flushed the toilet, fecal matter splattered all over the towel—it was truly unpleasant."
