The hotel front desk service was excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and problems were resolved promptly, meeting guests' needs. It's also conveniently located near the shopping street, making transportation easy and quick. Overall, a very good hotel. However, I have one suggestion: the bathroom doors currently lack privacy. People outside can clearly see if someone is using the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient for colleagues traveling together.

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and comfortable, every health detail is in place, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The service staff is polite and patient, the surrounding play is very convenient, and the sleep is stable and relaxing. It is a perfect stay experience. Lobby manager Zhou Mingli's service industry is very intimate! Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda Yintai, one-stop solution for shopping, eating and watching movies, travel is particularly convenient, free parking with its own underground parking lot, self-driving is too worry-free. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the demand was responded promptly. The whole room is intelligent voice control, the zero-pressure mattress is just right, the sound insulation effect is online, the downtown can also sleep peacefully, the sanitation is very meticulous, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry without odor. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, porridge and fruits are all available, and the taste is online. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a self-service laundry room. The overall price is super high, this is the first choice for Lu'an, and I will stay next time!

First time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was super quick. They even offered complimentary fruit! The room was spotless, tidy, and hygienic, and the pillows were really comfortable. I loved that the air conditioning switch was conveniently located right by the bedside table – such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a great variety and was quite substantial. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the train station, which was incredibly convenient.

The room is quite big, you need to swipe your card to get up when you get on the elevator, so there is a certain safety. The breakfast is rich in variety, and overall it is still very good. It would be better if the net taste can be done more in place.

23號凌晨1點多到酒店。店員告知中午12點前退房。當時還特意詢問能否延遲到14點 店員一副不耐煩 説攜程訂的延遲不了。在華住會預訂的才可以 並再次説道 該套房房源緊張 也不能續住！當天中午11點50分並打電話致房間提醒並催促退房。如果超過12點未退房 將產生費用。30/H 很不理解！我們也是華住會會員也是攜程會員。衹是在攜程訂的酒店而已 就被戴着有色眼鏡對待 對於我們經常出差/遊玩的 以後不會再住全季酒店啦！ （希望酒店服務工作者 多去看看最近上映的“蜜語記”
