Although it's a bit far from the city center, taxis are readily available. The hotel reception staff were warm and attentive; when we mentioned the blankets were too thin due to the cold weather, they immediately provided thicker ones. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. When the reception staff saw us checking out and heading to the high-speed rail station, they offered to arrange a car for us, which touched us deeply.

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.
