"I don't usually write reviews, but I was truly touched by this Atour Hotel in Lu'an 🥺🥺 I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM that night, starving, dragging my suitcase. I was planning to just order some takeout, but the hotel had instant noodles for late-night snacks. A bowl of noodles and porridge at that late hour was incredibly comforting.
That same night, my period suddenly started. Since I didn't have any sanitary napkins with me and the takeout would take a while, I called the front desk for help. The robot delivered three sanitary napkins of different lengths (perfectly suited to my needs), a cup of brewed brown sugar ginger tea, three extra packets of ginger tea, and a little note from the receptionist 🥲🥲🥲 I was so touched.
In short, this Atour Hotel in Lu'an is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner is generous, and the receptionist is attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lu'an!"

"This stay experience is particularly satisfactory, must be recommended by five stars! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Moon Island, it is especially easy to go out and play, the convenience store and restaurant downstairs are complete, and you don't have to worry about eating.
The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was dry and there was no damp smell, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and the night was quiet and not noisy at all, and the rest quality was very good. "Every time I come back, I stay at the Shuguang Platinum Hotel; it always makes me feel right at home. It might not be the absolute best, but the value for money is unbeatable. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, is polite, warm, and attentive. When I arrive at my room in the evening, welcome fruit and snacks are already there; you can order food to be delivered to your room before 9:30 pm. It boasts a large lawn and lake view, with plenty of space for taking the kids. The breakfast selection is extensive, and they've also recently added coffee takeaway options. Although the rooms are a bit old, they are fully equipped, convenient, very spacious, and offer stunning lake views."

The hotel's exterior is luxurious and elegant, and stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its dazzling golden ambiance. The staff greeted us with smiles throughout, and check-in was efficient and convenient. They even thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive room. The room was spacious and bright, and the double-sided mirror design of the vanity was particularly practical, allowing men to wash up and women to apply makeup without disturbing each other – a thoughtful touch. Upon check-in, we were not only greeted with fresh welcome fruit but also received a small, exquisite gift, a gesture that warmed our hearts. Upon check-out, the beautiful lobby manager, Ms. Wang Meng, personally escorted us to the door, politely bidding us farewell – a heartwarming detail that left a lasting impression. The hotel is surrounded by many attractions, but due to time constraints, we only visited Foziling Reservoir and Liuwanqing Gorge. We'll leave the unexplored beauty for our next trip – and I will definitely choose Yingjia Jinling Hotel again then!

We booked a family room with two two-meter beds, over 60 square meters in size, a panoramic balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and smart home technology. It is recommended for those traveling with children. It is near Tiantangzhai Scenic Area, 8-10 minutes' walk away. The B&B is very clean, has a children's toy room, is very quiet and has convenient parking. Living in a scenic area is not necessarily convenient! Because we still have to open the mountain road!
⭐About food: Breakfast is provided by the B&B, it is a home-cooked meal, very rich and nutritious. It’s also suitable for babies! On the day of our lunch hike, we made do with the food in our backpacks. We stayed for two nights. We ate at this B&B that night, the night of the second day when we went down the mountain, and at noon on the third day when we returned. The food cooked by the owner's mother was very clean and suited the taste of many people! There are also foods for babies. For adults, we recommend hanging pot chicken and roast pork with wild bamboo shoots! So delicious, we ordered it twice. The baby eats potatoes with shredded pork, scrambled eggs, and soups. In short, they are all clean and delicious. Don't step on landmines.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall).
Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice.
Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience.

JJoanxiaojinyu🚗Transportation: When taking a taxi around Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort, ride-sharing services are easier to get, while express taxis are generally unavailable.
🛁Facilities: I booked two rooms on different floors: the Bamboo Forest Hot Spring and the Linquan Hot Spring House. The upstairs Bamboo Forest Hot Spring (6217) had a significant sewage smell. The private hot spring can be turned on directly by guests, and the water quality is very soft. Children have their own bathrobes. The indoor playground has two floors, and the kids had a great time.
🧡Service: I booked for two consecutive days, but the welcome fruit was only provided on the first day, and the drinks in the mini-fridge were only refilled after I reminded them. However, the service attitude was excellent. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Thumbs up to shuttle bus driver Master Wang Yongsheng and Master Zhu of car No. 6!
