Pullman Luang Prabang

Everything is very good. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with large fields of rice and lotus, and a cute black cat family that accompanies breakfast every day. The staff is warm and friendly. There is airport pick-up service and shuttle bus to the city center, which is very convenient. The few days we stayed were very quiet and we could sleep well. We basically didn't see too many tourists and the most terrible large groups/children. We could chill every day.

1. The hotel has Chinese staff, so communication is barrier-free. 2. You can pick up and drop off at Luang Prabang, but there is a fee (the cost of one car). It is more cost-effective if there are more people. Although the hotel is not in the city, there are shuttle buses to and from the city every day, which is very convenient (you will be given a timetable after checking in). 3. The room and swimming pool are clean, and the staff's service attitude is also very good. 4. The hotel has rice fields, and any corner is very photogenic! You don't even have to check in at the rice field restaurant! 5. Other reviews say that the hotel's breakfast is average. But for Chinese stomachs, it's really great to have a bowl of hot soup noodles every morning! Add a little bit of the hotel's Lao Gan Ma chili oil and it's very flavorful! On the last morning, I had fried potato shreds, which are Chinese-style potato shreds. 6. I and my friends like this hotel very much. When I go out, I still trust old hotels and feel at ease. I also hope that the hotel will maintain this quality.

After all, it is a 10-year-old hotel with a quiet environment, decent facilities, and a remote location. Airport pick-up and drop-off are free in all hotels and inns in Luang Prabang. Pullman is not free, but it charges 18 US dollars... US dollars... US dollars... If you legally ask to pay the local currency Kip according to the laws of the local Ministry of Finance, the Lao front desk staff arrogantly refused...***... A hotel operating in Laos, the Lao front desk does not accept the local currency? After repeated requests, the front desk called the financial staff and gave an exchange rate that is even more outrageous than the black market. It's a beautiful... International hotel, no wonder it is not doing well, put down your arrogance

I took a trip once a year, and this time I listened to my husband and went to Luang Prabang on my own. The original intention was to take my kids to experience the China-Laos Railway, but I unexpectedly had a memorable and unexpected trip~ I have to say, it was really good! We changed hotels from My BanLao to Pullman, and the hotel came directly to My BanLao to pick us up. Because it was a free trip, I thought that old brand hotels might be safer, but I was also worried that old brand hotels might be older, but it turned out not to be the case at all! The facilities and hygiene of the room are very good, and there are also welcome cards, purely handwritten, and local snacks and fruits to welcome you to stay. It's really thoughtful! Needless to say, the hotel environment, just look at the pictures, the two swimming pools have made the children have a lot of fun! The hotel is very unique as a whole, surrounded by mountains and rice fields. You can really feel the traditional folk customs of Laos, which makes people feel very relaxed. You can just stay in the hotel~ All phone bills are included in the room rate. When you check out, you can pay in Kip with Alipay, which is very convenient~ Although the lady at the front desk is Laotian, she can serve in Chinese, which is great! There are two front desk staff, Toto and Xiao Zheng, who are very enthusiastic. They help recommend authentic Laotian hot pot and help us make a car to Guangxi Waterfall and the train station. The deputy manager of the front desk, James, helped us solve the big problem of payment. It's really great! It's not advisable to say more, just look at the pictures~

I didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in Luang Prabang. The hotel and the room are very large. The environment is very good. The service attitude is good. They speak Chinese. Most importantly, the hotel can rent electric cars. It is worth recommending!
