1.酒店前臺中文非常好，特情周到。
2.酒店其他工作人員有禮貌，熱情，負責。
3.酒店不在琅勃拉邦市區，但是有車隨時接送到那邊，隨叫隨到非常方便（節約打車費）
4.房間非常乾淨。泳池也很乾凈，而且就在湄公河邊，景色一級棒。（雖然湄公河黃黃的，哈哈）
5.早餐好吃，尤其是河粉。
6.送機、包車等服務都沒有漫天要價，很靠譜。
