Very nice heritage hotel, nearby Wat Xienthong, one of the famous temple. Hotel upgraded my room to suite room with mekong riverview. Hotel also provide the bicycle for free.

A wonderful hotel, close to Wat Xieng Thong, with professional and enthusiastic staff. You can see the Mekong River from the balcony of the room, and the restaurant is also very good. I will stay here again in the next time visiting Luang Prabang.

Fantastic location within walking distance to Morning and Night Markets, River front bars and d restaurants. The room is so clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the cooking classes, we had such a great experience cooking and eating the local dishes.

We spent 2 nights at Victoria Xieng Thong Palace and loved it. Everything was great. Beautiful place. The room was very clean. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Xieng Thong Temple, and right by the Mekhong River. Service was very good. Everyone was very polite and very eager to help. I would highly recommend staying here !

A very good hotel with a sort of historic charm. Rooms are a bit on the dark side but windows open and staff are very kind and helpful! Breakfast is also included!

An unique decorated hotel , although far from major attraction, but the friendly staff always helpful to guide what ever you requested ! Breakfast was not the best , but good enough , the morning breakfast area over looking the mekong river is peacefull and relax ! I will recommend for those who want to have a nice hospitality, choose this hotel !

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Mekong River, and very convenient for travel! The service is good, the breakfast is also good. The only regret is that the network in the room we stayed in was unstable. I will recommend it to friends

On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, the handsome guy at the front desk saw me holding a sleeping child, and quickly checked us in. He also helped us carry our luggage and sent us to the room. Maybe because we booked 4 nights, the room was decorated very warmly in advance~ The hotel used to be a hotel for the Lao royal family to vacation. The hotel is in a good location. Me Kong River is just across the street. There is a coffee shop on the roadside. The coffee is delicious~ It is also very close to the street of Bushi. Starting from the door near the front desk, you can walk to it at one intersection~ Good people good food good price recommended by netizens, just go out from the door near the hotel front desk, turn right and walk for five minutes. The restaurant environment is average, but the price and taste are really good. Many students also go there to eat~ Hotel guests can borrow bicycles for free, and the staff will help you carefully check the condition of the car before picking up the car~ Buckets are placed in each building (Figure 3), you can get drinking water by yourself, and water jugs for washing feet and shoes are placed in the lobby (Figure 4). The front desk staff we met were all very good. Two handsome guys and a sister with glasses helped us a lot. Thanks for all your patience and help. Best wishes.

The service was great. They gave me a free upgrade. The breakfast was delicious every morning. They packed it up for me if I couldn't finish it. The other big hotel was not good. I really shopped around and found this one. It was nice and clean. The service staff was okay. The key was that the walking and breakfast were seamlessly connected every morning, right at the door of the hotel. They were all local residents. It was quiet. The whole ceremony was super healing. It was very cost-effective.

Facilities: Although old, it has a sense of age and characteristics, well maintained, clean, green and environmentally friendly. Hygiene: Good hygiene. Environment: Clean environment, well-maintained plants, distinctive buildings Service: I stayed for four days and was reluctant to leave. The service was very attentive, and the waiters were able to help us to the best of their ability. When I first arrived, I got off the car by the river and no one helped me carry the suitcase. The subsequent services were all very good, and could only be used in English. Going out is the Alms Street, next to the Xiangtong Palace, which is convenient for going out. Except for the lack of a swimming pool, which is a bit regrettable, everything else is very good.
