Jeff at the front desk was horribly unprofessional and rude. When I told him our room smelled like urine upon arrival he sarcastically replied "does it have a bed? Does it have a shower?" He went with me to the room so I could show him where and he said "I smell nothing." I will never consider staying at this hotel again. Marriot you can do better!

Breakfast! Paid $10 for breakfast. A second cup of coffee was not included. Only one drink included so choice of juice or coffee or tea but not juice and hot drink. Rip off. I've decided not to stay in a Marriott again.

Hot tube does NOT work and hasnt for a while. The website does not state this, it should be put in there. Ine of the main reason we got this room was the pics of pool and hot tub just to get there amd find out we cant use it.
Other than that. Room was pretty good, beds a bit hard bit otherwise comfy.

The staff at this establishment were phenomenal, from the front desk to housekeeping. They all went over and beyond to ensure we had a great experience during our stay. Mariah and Ethan were outstanding from the moment we walked in and were extremely accommodating. I cannot stress enough at how amazing the staff are and how well they do their job.

There were birds all over the balcony with bird poo. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. The as didn’t work. The mattress was dirty. Will not stay there again.
