This hotel has a wonderful staff!! The room was great even though there was no microwave. It was however, clean and VERY quiet and peaceful the 2 nights I was there. I slept quite well. My ONLY complaint would be that the pool is unusable unless you're into freezing water.

The breakfast was nice . i also liked the environment and the colors the hotel used to decorate the hotel was very modern. There really wasnt much to do around the hotel within walking distance but it was fairly comfortable. The area was nt too noisy either. The only complaint is when i went to ask for a comb i was told that they sell hairbrushs. This had me confused because an insert in the room clearly stated that the front desk had these items. But i would recommend this place to others.

The service at this hotel was exceptional; the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The breakfast was great and provided me the food and coffee I needed to go about my day. This hotel is old. The furniture and finish carpentry are definitely banged up—the other reviews aren't lying about that. If you care about furniture that has seen better days then this may not be the hotel for you. As for me, this will be the only place I stay in Lubbock.
