The appearance of the hotel is better than the interior. The room facilities are old and simple. There is a free bottle of water. There are not many breakfast varieties. Parking is free, but it is still some distance from the city center.

Terrible quality of the rooms. We had two double rooms and there was a smell in the rooms which probably came from the carpet, also in the hall way did it smell.
Everything was torn and in bad condition.
The guy in the reception didn't know a word english and was not really friendly in his welcoming.
Will NOT stay here again and will not recommend anyone to do so until they have spent some money on fixing the hotel and replaced some staff.

A "friendly" hotel in a nice location near Lübeck.
The standard for most of it is probably from the 1980s, but works flawlessly. Daily cleaning, friendly service - and a good breakfast with all varieties.
The restaurant was "gemütlich", large portions (typically German), with good food.

Pro: friendly personnel, clean rooms and sheets Cons: loud due to close proximity to a 4 four lane street and street lights, very outdated interior, huge pillow, no air conditioning Stayed there for 3 nights and the room was like an oven. Can’t say much about the breakfast other than it is included in the prize (even when you not eat there you have to pay for it). I am not sure whether the prize per night is adequate.
