"Most Intercity Hotel Group hotels are located near train stations, and this hotel's proximity to the station is also a big attraction. The old town is a 10-minute walk from the station. It's hard for the elderly to walk that far with a suitcase. I was debating whether to stay in the old town or in front of the station, but I think I made the right choice by choosing this hotel. I plan to continue traveling to unexplored cities in Europe, so I think I will often use Intercity Group hotels. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but I think it's reasonably priced."

"The hotel is well located between the main train station and the central bus station, the city center is within easy walking distance, the beds are comfortable, and everyone is very friendly. However, there are several things to criticize: - Breakfast was adequate but not particularly varied. Scrambled eggs take on a whole new meaning here: the cheapest Tetra Pak eggs, completely overcooked and cut into cubes. - I had a room on the second floor of the annex, which wasn't indicated when booking this room, although it was for other bookable rooms. This meant I could easily mistake it for being in the main building. The annex has a separate entrance, and to get to breakfast, you have to walk about 50 meters in all kinds of weather to reach the main building. In addition, I had the pleasure of being without the elevator for almost two days, which was annoying (some might say that since the elevator was working again the next morning, the annex is like the unloved twin). - The room was relatively small, barely the 19 square meters stated in the description. The room's furnishings consisted of a television, two tiny bedside tables, a stool, an umbrella stand/trash can, and a supposedly queen-size bed. I don't know what the definition of a queen-size bed is in hotels, but two single beds pushed together with two mattresses is definitely not the queen-size bed promised in the description! Last but not least, the bathroom... It was so tiny you could practically do your business while brushing your teeth, and if you slipped getting out of the shower, you might even knock the sink over. In short, very, very small—it must be like being a chicken in a battery cage. ... I can only recommend that anyone wanting a room for a similar price should go to the Premiere Inn next door, where at least you get a decent room with a proper bathroom and a good breakfast."
