a clean small hotel.Stay for 1 night in lucca.Located in the town centre.a little bit poor sound insulation

Chambre sans chauffage.. insupportable..c'est eux qui décident de la température et de quand vous avez le droit d être bien dans la chambre..nuit glaciale sans chauffage en plein février...passez votre chemin... Impossible d avoir du chauffage

Prima di tutto ottimo personale disponibili all arrivo ci hanno accolto come se fossimo clienti da sempre ,camere con ogni confort :phon ,cosmetica x bagno e super pulito,ottima la colazione dolce e salato in abbondanza e siamo stati colpiti dalla cottura delle uova

Front desk was friendly and efficient
Room a bit dated, beds not great. Pillows too soft , no extra pillows in the cupboard

The people were all friendly and attentive. The bed (just like all beds we have been on in Italy was hard).
The location was great as it was in the middle of town. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. The breakfast had good options and even several gluten free items!

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per un weekend come regalo di laurea. Il personale e' stato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era pulita ed elegante, la struttura e' perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Lucca grazie alla sua posizione strategica, assolutamente consigliato!

Great location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work well. Even overnight, it only cooled the room to 25.5 degrees (78 degrees Fahrenheit). The women at the front desk came to our room and insisted it was working as it should. Be prepared for a very hot room even though it technically has air conditioning.
