"Hotel in a convenient location for us - close to the motorway, not far from the city center (20 min. walk). Convenient, large parking lot belonging to the hotel (entrance with a barrier). The windows of the rooms overlook either McDonalds and the motorway, or the supermarket parking lot (we definitely preferred the supermarket side). Unfortunately, we were forced to change rooms due to black mold by the window and mold on the wall - the hotel staff were very helpful and despite being fully booked, offered us another room. The rest of the stay went smoothly. As in most hotels in Italy, there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, nor bottled water or glasses."

"I stayed at Villa Cheli for one night in March 2024. The villa and location are stunning. All very nice from the outside. Management, in my opinion, has areas for improvement. In particular: - maintenance and cleaning of the room. - Breakfast. The offer is based on packaged products. Overall everything was fine, but with a little more attention it would be super!"

"Well located and nice lobby. The all day coffee machine was broken but I did enjoy the gratis bubbles in the afternoon . The room was pretty small but efficient but my big complaint were the large number of teeny ants..I first noticed them on the floor by the bed then again in the corner of the bathroom floor by the shower. Kind of grossed me out but other than that a fine stay."

"Check you are allocated the room you paid for. We booked an Adagio room but were given an accessible room instead (a space that was in my view not suitable for disabled guests due to its very small size, and positioning of tabs, basin and unusually high toilet). Although breakfast was included in our booking, a staff member told us publicly that we were not entitled to it. After we complained, Vanessa from reception moved us to a bigger room and resolved the breakfast issue. From what we heard the confusion was caused by another couple with the same surname, it seemed they were aware of the room confusion but did not offer to put us in a more appropriate room from the beginning. Had we not raised the issue, we would have been left in an unsuitable very uncomfortable, inappropriate room for the remainder of the stay. The positioning of the hotel is very good."
