Great location - only steps to the city. Also was great in that it had parking available. Staff was very helpful and personable.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

I love this adorable b&b. Super close to Via Fillungo for shopping and right in the heart of this beautiful walled city. So many bars and restaurants very close. The owners are so lovely and I did not want for anything. Breakfast was delicious with eggs cooked your way. Some meats and cheeses and cereals. Plenty to eat and great coffee. You get a discount on the Puccini opera if you book through the hotel and I heartily recommend you go. I went three times.

The place is very cozy and extremely clean. The rooms have everything you need for a good rest, and the surroundings are very peaceful. You can easily walk to the historic center of Lucca as it is very close by. Giusy, our host, was incredibly kind, we had breakfast at the hotel, and everything was delicious. It's a place to return to and spend more time exploring the beautiful city of Lucca.

Сам отель - бывшая квартира, в 2-х его номерах ванная комната (душ + туалет) находятся напротив спален, также есть номер с ванной. В доступности для гостей всегда есть пакетированный чай, капсульный кофе и кофемашина. В номере - холодильник и чайник.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city, just a few minutes away. Available, friendly and comfortable staff. He seems to be at home. Clean room with all the essential comforts. The stay was pleasant.

We found the room in order and clean with everything necessary to do the shower and spend a quiet night. The location is great if you want to turn between Lucca, Viaggio and Pisa since it is close to all directions

A beautiful and unique place, I recommend it.
