La villa è vicina alla Porta della città, molto comodo. L'accoglienza è ottima e la colazione a buffet abbondante. La camera è buona con un bagno ampio. Apprezzato molto il sapone con il dosatore! La pulizia è stata precisa e puntuale. Non abbiamo nulla da eccepire! Ottimo!

Tutto ben organizzato, pulizia eccellente, le camere sono grandi e il bagno ha tutto il necessario, oltre ad una doccia grande quasi per due persone, lo Staff e cordiale e preparato, una super colazione, posizione strategica per la visita del centro storico di Lucca, insomma siamo stati benissimo, lo consiglieremo e ci ritorneremo.

Communication on CheckIn did not work, had to call someone, announced eMail message was not pressent. Room is nice, a little bit small but very high, water boiler, tea and coffee present, bed is good and comfortable, but in general room starts to need renovation. Breakfast is OK for Italian Standard and staff was really friendly. I also was allowed to leave the car a little bit longer, what is much appreciated.

Utmerket renhold, god frokost.
Litt hard seng, kunne gjerne vært en overmadrass. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Fikk en kjøleboks på forespørsel. Den var ikke særlig kald.
Hyggelig personale. Bare noen minutter å gå til gamlebyen.
