ATTENTION ! You should know that the hotel organizes events with music until midnight in a veranda under the room windows. Experience lived during the 2 days of our stay. If you like the disco a**osphere, go there with your eyes (and ears) closed, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, move on. Too bad because the setting is rather bucolic.

If you are looking for calm as the description suggests, avoid this hotel. We booked 2 nights with 2 rooms through Booking. The first night was hell until midnight, very loud music with firecrackers at 11:30 p.m. The hotelier, to apologize, offered us a room in a subcategory annex. We called booking to explain the burlesque and disrespectful situation of the hotelier. It is impossible to cancel the second night under penalty of cancellation fees equivalent to the amount of the second 2 nights. In summary, we are held hostage to endure these inconveniences without the possibility of cancellation via booking and the impossibility of being reimbursed by booking or the hotelier. Avoid the establishment, and be careful with booking which hides behind exorbitant cancellation fees. A word to the wise!😢

Splendid historic villa just outside Lucca, quiet and sumptuous. Excellent quality cuisine, accompanied by admirable courtesy. Too bad for some small details that could have been taken care of more: a rubbish bin not emptied, a private party making noise and shooting firecrackers when the other guests would expect the quiet to sleep peacefully. We hope that the management will be able to resolve those small flaws that fail to confirm the absolute quality of an otherwise excellent structure.

I stayed at Villa Cheli for one night in March 2024. The villa and location are stunning. All very nice from the outside. Management, in my opinion, has areas for improvement. In particular: - maintenance and cleaning of the room. - Breakfast. The offer is based on packaged products. Overall everything was fine, but with a little more attention it would be super!

Our stay here was perfect. Kind and welcoming staff, excellent food and service and a beautiful, spacious room. We stayed here for Christmas with our two young children, who were made to feel very welcome and they enjoyed the garden and space around the villa to play in. We will certainly be back in the summer months to enjoy the swimming pool and eat outside on the terraces. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Good evening, we stayed on the night of Saturday 11/11/2023, my wife and I, for 1/2 of a gift check (smartbox box) and it was included in addition to the overnight stay, a rich buffet breakfast, which we were told when we booked that they were doing some work and it wasn't possible to provide it to us, when we asked how we could do it, we were told either this or go somewhere else, it was just enough to answer in another way or send us to the bar in front of the exit of the structure, it's not 'was done, second thing when the room was delivered my wife told the hotel lady that it was cold, she was told there is air conditioning and in any case the heaters are on, instead they were not even lukewarm with the valves with the index at the maximum temperature, finally we took a shower and when we entered the cabin we found long black hair attached to the mixer to turn on the water, we wondered how the cleaning staff managed not to see this thing, there we left on Sunday morning returning the keys to reception but the staff was not present at that time and we were unable to make our complaints, this was our personal experience, luckily it lasted only 1 night
