The rooms are real apar**ents, large, comfortable, furnished with taste and class and equipped with air conditioning. In the bathroom there are high quality products and everything is spotless. A pearl in the center of Lucca. Grazia is very kind and friendly and gives excellent advice for enjoying the city and its places. Don't miss a visit to the Vinarkia della Pavona for an aperitif.

We spent 4 nights with my partner at the beginning of September. Very warm welcome, information on arrival clear and efficient. The room was identical to the photo, comfortable, bright and quiet. Very clean with perfect bedding. Absolutely central location. I can’t wait to go back!!!

The accommodation is in a great location, very central but still in a quieter street. The landlady is very helpful and warm. The room is rather basic, but has everything you need, well equipped and with well-functioning air conditioning. In any case, the price-performance ratio is very good.

Ho prenotato la sistemazione per il we del 15 ottobre dopo essermi sentita telefonicamente più volte per la scelta della stanza, trattandosi di un we romantico organizzato e regalato al mio compagno (e cane al seguito). La titolare gentilissima a accogliente al telefono. Mando la mail di prenotazione come richiesto per fissare la data e chiedere conferma, che mi viene prontamente data. Chiedo se devo dare un acconto e mi viene detto che non serve. La mattina della partenza mando mail per avvisare dell’orario di partenza. Mentre sono in viaggio chiamo la struttura e la titolare, in estremo imbarazzo, mi dice che si è sbagliata, che la stanza non c’è, che non ha alcuna disponibilità. Mi dà il nominativo di un’altra struttura che (appuro poi) non ha alcuna delle caratteristiche per cui avevo scelto “La Tosca rooms”, dicendomi di farle sapere se c’era qualche soluzione disponibile. Questo è stato tutto il supporto che mi è stato dato. Perdersi una prenotazione per un albergatore è evidentemente grave. Può capitare? Forse sì… Ma la cosa che mi ha lasciata davvero basita è il fatto che si sia lavata le mani del ****** che lei ha creato e non si sia invece fatta carico di trovare una soluzione. Ovvio che prenotare un posto il sabato pomeriggio per lo stesso we ha avuto un costo spropositamente superiore a quello preventivato, che ovviamente è caduto sulle mie spalle. Cosa che avevo pensato bene di evitare essendomi mossa con grande anticipo. Una vergogna
