Had a lovely stay here, rooms were very clean and comes with WiFi access. As this is a historic city, the building may not always have a lift, please expect to pull your luggage to the top if you're on the top floors. Overall the hospitality is great and people are very friendly.

EXCELLENT quality and service for such a reasonable price. Front desk staff (esp Fabrizio & Nicolo) VERY ATTENTIVE to if the room was ok and if my needs were met. Wonderful breakfast spread. Cozy outdoor sitting area in the evening for prosecco or wine. I've stayed all over Italy recently, and paid way more to receive so much less. Albergo San Martino is a true gem!!

magnifique hôtel très calme et très bien situé juste à côté du Duomo, parking excellent petit déjeuner sucré salé salle de bain somptueuse chambres très confortables. Si vous y allez préférez réserver directement via leur site cela sera beaucoup plus avantageux pour vous ( par exemple parking gratuit pat booking c'est 20 euros la nuit)

Stayed here to start my hike on the Via Francigena. Very quiet and comfortable room in the Annex. Nice Italian breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.

Sono stato 2 giorni a Lucca per lavoro e ho alloggiato in questo albergo in centro, alla reception una ragazza molto gentile e preparata nello spiegare la città. Camera pulita e silenziosa . Ottima la colazione molto abbondante . Parcheggio privato. ritornerò sicuramente.
