Very characteristic and beautiful, in the heart of the walls and therefore convenient for visiting the city.
Large and comfortable room.
very quiet. Comfortable bed.
Abundant breakfast and attention to intolerances.
Parking for a nominal fee under the structure (they take care of the entrance to the limited traffic zone)
If we were to return we would certainly stay here again

The position of this B&B is great, in the old centre of Lucca, surrounded by great places to visit and good restaurants. The place itself is charming, a little run down but everything worked. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom, which was disappointing. But the breakfast was very good.

I don't usually stay in B&Bs but I was attracted by the good reviews and I actually had a very good time. We were in the villa a stone's throw from the actual B&B on Via della Zecca. Quiet yet central area. Ours was the suite with terrace and garden view. There were two of us, but it could have accommodated 4 people due to the sofa bed. Comfortable beds and good cleaning. Excellent breakfast, sweet and savory, juices, cereals, yoghurt, toast... Wi-fi worked well. Bathroom without bidet. Advised.

Excellent b and b within the walls of Lucca very close to Porta Santa Maria. Ancient residence perfectly set in the city of Lucca which I found truly delightful. We had a very good time, professionally looked after by the lady who guided us to arrive easily at the b and b and welcomed kindly. Paid parking at the b and b very convenient at an acceptable cost. The room is large with all the comforts, the breakfast rich in sweet and savory dishes is very good. If I were to return to Lucca I would not hesitate to choose it again.

Charming, clean, comfortable, great location. Fabulous breakfast offerings. Finding it was tricky because I was depending on my phone map but the host was very helpful when I called with questions and offered to drive with me to park in their very safe gated lot. Really sweet staff. Great stay.

We stopped in Lucca for one night. The establishment is very well located, close to everything and in a quiet street. It has parking. It's a plus. The house has charm and you immediately feel comfortable as if you were arriving in a family home.
