A delightful hotel with excellent service in a great location. Couldn’t be better! Off street parking is available and easy to access. Our hosts provided excellent advice and really helped us after we arrived soaking from a very wet visit to Pisa.

Had a really enjoyable stay and Marta is the perfect host. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Marta recommended some excellent restaurants close by and was very accommodating and switched our room when we had a slight problem with the first room we stayed in. Would certainly stay here again and would definitely recommend. Lovely stay.

We stayed here as we working close by the city. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The host was also amazing and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was classic continental and very tasty. The hotel is close to the northern side of the city walls and close to a couple of excellent bars and restaurants. If I ever stay in Lucca again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the A Palazzo Busdraghi.

Great location off main dining, shopping avenue in Luca Centro. Ditch your car just inside the walls of this marvelous city and walk! Great European breakfast. Lovely, helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Siamo passati una bellissima vacanza per le tre giorni di Natale. La belissima camera, riscaldata, tanto spazio e tutti le cose che ci vuole per l'esperienza di ogni conforto, anche un bollitore con bustine di te e cafe', un mini-bar, pieno! - La prima volta da anni! La manager, Marta, e' un Hostess straordinaria e gentilissima, non ci mancava nulla. Letto confortissmo, una colazione per ogni gusto, e specialmente il locazione - nel centro della strada shopping piu' importante a Lucca; fuori dal cancello c'erano tutti i luci e intallazioni di Natale, particolarmente abbiglianti quest'anno. Lucca rimane aperto per tuti i tre giorni di natale, non manca nulla, mi raccomanda una visita al albergo A Palazzo Busdraghi ogni giorno del'anno, fantastico!

This property was right in the heart of Lucca and it was eady to walk to all shopping and dining. The historic location was well kept and the general manager was a lovely host and she prepared a wonderful breakfast that she baked. The parking is a little hard to navigate to due to construction on a road, I recommend not driving into the walled city of Lucca, get a ride there if possible.

Points forts: son emplacement et son parking à proximité, et l amabilité de son personnel.
Points faibles: l hotel aurait besoin d un " coup de neuf" et l exiguité de ma chambre minuscule même si la fenêtre ouvrait sur de la verdure
