The area around the hotel feels safe, many cafés and bars. 15 minutes walk to the historical city center.
The staff is just fantastic, both helpful and charming!

Located just outside the highway, the hotel is provided with a large parking area. The reception staff has been helpful and professional, with no issues for a late check-in after midnight of part of the family. Very good quality of the rooms, modern and comfortable, and of the bathrooms. We have been so happy about our 1-night stay that we decided to stop over again on our return northbound trip.

Albergo quattro stelle dagli ambienti eleganti, puliti e camere ben insonorizzate. Prodotti da bagno di buona qualità e disponibilità. Apprezzata la crema corpo. Il letto un po’ piccolo ma comodo. Sala colazioni rilassante per arredamento e sottofondo musicale. Varietà e qualità sia nei prodotti freschi, frutta, affettati e formaggi, che nei prodotti da forno. Unica nota stridula l’atteggiamento scostante di una delle persone alla sala colazioni, che oltretutto non riesce a dissimulare la sua antipatia verso qualcuno. Non sempre il cliente passa distratto o indifferente a questi atteggiamenti. Suggerimento: la dotazione di un carrello adeguato per il trasferimento dei bagagli.

En la recepción nos atendieron muy bien, entiende perfectamente el español,también lo hablan , viajamos con moto ,parking para las motos, sí que están al aire libre, pero cerradas en un patio, habitaciones muy limpias , desayuno muy completo, nos explicó como hacer el tour por el casco antiguo de la ciudad y donde poder cenar, en definitiva hemos estado muy agusto!!

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo albergo, molto pulito e comodo. Si trova vicino all'uscita autostradale e a pochissimi minuti in auto dalle mura di Lucca. Personale gentile. Non ho usufruito della colazione, a mio avviso molto cara ( unica pecca), ma a 1 minuto a piedi si trova un'ottima pasticceria. Consigliato

A bit of a magical mystery tour walking from Lucca Station but I soon got the hang of it. Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast. As someone alluded to a supermarket next door but there is a better one a bit further up the road for provisions. No Tea and Coffee facilities in the Room but they have a machine in the foyer for a few Euros in an honesty box. Would be nice if this was complimentary. There is a small Bar with limited opening hours but I didn't use it.

Rien ne va hôtel vieillissant. Groupe délocalisé en Espagne qui vole sciemment les personnes qui y logent. Attention ! Passez votre chemin. Suite à une erreur informatique j ai été facturé de deux chambres supplémentaires alors que je n' avais jamais reçu d email de confirmation. Réponse de la direction : ça reste comme ça. Donc vous volez sciemment les personnes qui viennent chez vous depuis des années. Malinga marine
