Friendly, very clean, and family run, by mama and her two daughters! I cannot say enough about this gem. The youngest daughter even went to the bank with us to be our translator! Nothing is too much for these lovely ladies! Lovely garden patio to enjoy a beer or glass of wine and just relax after waking about the ancient city only a short walk away. Oh did tell you there is ample parking and the small bar? We stayed for three weeks (why move?) Thank you to our hostesses you made our stay so wonderful!

La struttura è datata e andrebbe rimodernata per maggiore comfort. La posizione subito fuori le mura è molto comoda e anche il parcheggio interno è ottimo. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni, l’esperienza di una notte è stata comunque soddisfacente.

Soggiorno pessimo, nessuna nota positiva. Colazione povera consistente in un buffet piccolissimo con alimenti da supermercato come le brioche e le varie marmellatine, scialba ( il tavolo colazione non era provvisto nemmeno di una tovaglietta che visti i tempi che corrono sarebbe l'ideale) e oltretutto anche cara ( non compresa ma 5 euro in più a persona) Personale e titolare poco presente ( praticamente mai) e inefficienti visto che dopo la consegna della carte d'identità difficoltà a riaverli perché non venivano più trovati. Episodio più sconvolgente, l'addetto alle pulizie cestina un apparecchio dentistico (dal valore superiore ai 1000 €) lasciato in un bicchiere di plastica ( e ben in vista!), negando poi ogni evidenza (nonostante non sarebbe stato chiesto nessun risarcimento) e nessun accenno di scuse dalla proprietaria che dimostra superficialità e mancanza di professionalità. Altra nota negativa pareti finissime che permettevano di ascoltare ogni minimo rumore delle altre stanze ( con conseguenti notti in bianco). Evitatelo!

Gestori simpatici e molto disponibili, sono stata 6 giorni per il lucca comics e mi sono trovata benissimo con la camera. Poco fuori dalle mura e molto comodo con i ristoranti lì vicino per i pasti! Ottimo! Consigliatissimo

Albergo a gestione familiare molto accogliente, comodo e ben organizzato. La struttura si trova fuori dalle mura ma a brevissima distanza da Porta Elisa, posizione ideale per godersi le meraviglie di Lucca e tante gite nei dintorni (oltre alla classica Pisa, consiglio di non perdersi Pietrasanta, le cave dei Marmi di Carrara e…un tuffo in Versilia!). L’hotel dispone di uno spazioso parcheggio e biciclette per gli ospiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per un hotel a due stelle che potrebbe averne tranquillamente tre o quattro. :-) Consigliatissimo!
