酒店有温泉和無邊際温泉泳池，體驗很不錯。
蔚來的超充站也在酒店停車場內
入住酒店有"老紅軍"接待，相當安全
離海螺溝景區很近，步行幾分鐘可達
前台小樑服務也很體貼

地理位置絕佳的磨西鎮酒店。往上走5分鐘就到遊客中心。房間就能看到雪峯。還有自帶的温泉，有一個無邊温泉泳池，還有很多小湯池，泡湯看景太舒服了。
最重要的是服務很好，所有的員工都會主動問好，幫忙，管家小李有問必答，提供了很多需要的訊息。早餐廳的服務也是關懷備至，早餐的牛肉米線好吃。
有加熱的晾衣桿，非常人性化，可以晾乾泳衣，還有手洗的小衣服。
唯一美中不足是硬件稍舊。相對於新開的網紅民宿之類。

房間很好，工作人員素質高，酒店環境好，早餐很好，總之都不錯。停車很方便，出酒店，前往景區遊客中心走上幾百米就可到，出酒店，兩邊飯店很多，而且去參觀磨西古鎮各小景點很是方便。

在海螺溝算是好的酒店。 去泡湯要到隔壁湯屋 ，還算是方便 ，離景區很近大概是走5-10分鐘。走完海螺溝 回來泡湯剛好。早餐比較一般 但在景區也就不強求了。整體而言 如要來海螺溝 這酒店還是值得一選 。

設施設備齊全，停車位很多，停車場有充電樁，房間寬敞，晚上也很安靜，温泉中心池子多，有户外也有室內的，樓頂的無邊池拍照很出片，酒店的餐廳也很棒！前台小樑的服務很熱情，幫我們解決了很多實際問題，點贊👍

酒店的服務很好👍衞生很不錯，走到哪裡都有工作人員熱心提醒、接待。中午入住的比較遲，也熱心為我們準備了飯菜。訂的私湯房很有格調，湯池的温泉是天然泉眼引上來的，泡得很舒適。樓上樓下都可以泡澡、游泳，尤其是前台接待的小樑，從我們住店到離開都熱心提醒、問候。總之，是會再來住的酒店，推薦！

酒店人員態度很好！温泉不錯，特別是三樓的無邊泳池，很出片！房間稍小了點，訂的瑤池房，據説要新一些！早餐稍簡單了一些！有充電的地方，大家可以電車出遊！
