"The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, and the dinner and breakfast were quite good. However, the facilities were really basic. The room was so poorly soundproofed that you could hear everything clearly, even with the door and window open. Those who have trouble sleeping should consider this. You could also hear the person showering in the next room. In short, the facilities were subpar."

"Stepping into the courtyard, you can see it's been carefully tended; the succulents and hydrangeas on either side of the entrance are in full bloom. There are also some fruit trees planted in the yard. I mentioned I was feeling a bit carsick, and the butler thoughtfully gave me two fragrant lemons. The service was quite good, and the best part was the quiet environment; soaking in the sulfur hot spring was so relaxing 😌"

"A truly excellent hotel with fantastic surroundings and facilities. The room felt incredibly comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains right from our balcony. The indoor hot spring was wonderfully relaxing. Xiao Hu and Xiao Yu provided excellent service, and the breakfast spread was very generous. We even received a lovely little gift when we checked out, which was a delightful surprise! Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a super good stay at the hotel and the people were super friendly. They also helped us at the end with booking a bus to Chengdu. The owners are a really cute couple. I had to work during my stay for a little bit in the evening and one of the owners just kept giving me tea, which was really sweet of him. Also the roof terrace is really nice and it's possible for people to see the sunrise. It got really nice views over the mountains. Also the breakfast was really nice and traditional. We also really enjoyed the room with a small balcony and we also liked the looks of the room. The bed was really comfortable. Felt really nice after travelling more through the ******* side of China to get such a comfort kind of place."
