I drove to Hailuogou with my family and stayed at Wenruo Holiday Hotel. I communicated with the hotel by phone. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She told us how to drive and what to pay attention to. With the girl's reminder, we arrived at the hotel smoothly. The girl enthusiastically helped me check in, and her husband helped us take our luggage to the guest room. I was very touched. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bath water was very good. The hotel is very close to the scenic spot and the nearby restaurants are very convenient for travel. I am very satisfied with this stay and give it a five-star rating.

He called us to check on road conditions and the weather, offering helpful advice. We actually arrived after 1 AM, and there wasn't a single complaint. To help us get to sleep faster, he even told us to call him when we were close so he could prepare our room key in advance. When we arrived at the hotel around 1:20 AM, the owner, showing no signs of sleepiness, came out to greet us, helped us park the car, and carried our luggage, among other things. Our room was very clean and tidy, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new. Overall, it was excellent! Great value for money too~ The third picture is the hotel's exterior.

The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

The hot spring hotel I booked on Ctrip this time was great! The bed in the king-size room was just the right hardness and was super comfortable to lie on, and I had a good night's sleep. The room has its own private sulfur hot spring, and the water temperature is just right, so you can enjoy a private hot spring bath at any time, and your skin will be smooth after the bath. The hotel's swimming pool is even more amazing, with clear water, palm trees and lounge chairs, and every photo you take is a vacation blockbuster. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, the pillows were the right height, the soundproofing was good, and toiletries were provided. Many of the hot spring pools were open, and soaking in them was very relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. This stay was excellent, very good value for money, and I would recommend it to friends and stay here again.

The room is very big, you can park your car at the door, and there are charging stations. The boss and the young man and sister are very nice. My family member has a herniated disc in the lumbar region and they made the bed harder. The breakfast was also very rich. I checked out one night early due to health problems, and the boss readily agreed. The experience was very good. I will choose this hotel again next time.
