The hotel's sister service is very good and very careful. The film rate in the public area is completely worth the price. The hotel selection is also superb. The tableware is beautiful and exquisite. The washing and care tastes very high. The mattress is also very comfortable. The breakfast is super rich. The afternoon tea is also delicious. QQiQQ21The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. During the communication with the boss, I feel that it is not easy to run a physical business. I like the boss’s sentiments👍I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come back to feel and experience the moment of tranquility in the mountains and forests and the shock of the golden mountains under the sun...

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay. First of all, the guesthouse has a great location, and the service was warm and attentive upon check-in. The owner even upgraded our room because we were a family of three. They also provided complimentary fruit and coffee. The room was very clean, the decor was new, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, showing the owner's attention to detail. The hot spring water was newly filled, and you can buy swimsuits there for a cheaper price than elsewhere. After a tiring day, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and arguably the most satisfying guesthouse I stayed at during this trip. I highly recommend it!

__WB63123****Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking.
The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives!
However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door.
I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us.
Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end.
Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

Cleanliness: Every room is very clean, and the floor is mopped by a maid.
Environment: The hotel has a small Japanese-style garden where you can relax and sip tea. There's also an infinity-edge hot spring pool on the rooftop, which is lovely! The rooms also have private baths.
Service: The beautiful hostess was very nice. The 1.8-meter king bed we originally booked wasn't comfortable with our child, so she moved us to a twin room the next day. Breakfast is made in-house with steamed buns and soy milk, which was very satisfying. Their beef soup pot is delicious! The broth is so fresh! I'll definitely go back next time.

Mmonsterwen1Snow Mountain Seclusion Twin Hot Springs Time: You can see the snow-capped mountains 🏔️ from the hot springs. You can soak in the morning and evening, and the kids absolutely loved it!
The yak hotpot in the restaurant was delicious, and the roasted chicken was very fragrant too!
They also provided complimentary fruit and goodnight milk – so thoughtful! 👍🏻
Waking up to see the 'golden mountains under the morning sun' was truly amazing! It was a great decision to choose Camp 3 for our stay. We woke up, had a soak, ate breakfast, and then directly took the bus up to the cable car. It was so convenient, especially traveling with kids!

GGuest UserI came here because it is No.1 on the list of boutique homestays in Ganzi Prefecture. It is absolutely worthy of its reputation and did not disappoint me. It is located in Baiyangping Village, a little inside the valley. It is very quiet, but the location to see Gongga Mountain is perfect. You can face the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains while lying in the hot spring pool in the room. When I woke up early, I actually saw the golden mountain in the sun. It was so beautiful that it was suffocating! The most touching thing is that we brought two 🐶🐶3. The boss, the boss lady and every employee were super nice and met all our requirements unconditionally. It really felt like home! The platform and the infinity hot spring ♨️ swimming pool on the 4th floor are even more amazing! In short, you can only feel all its beauty when you are there! Highly recommended 👍👍!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the Shanshui Hot Spring Hotel! After checking in, I found the mountain views and hot springs to be a perfect match.
The rooms are spacious, well-laid out, and offer fantastic views. Sitting by the window, you can enjoy panoramic views of the rolling mountains. During the day, you can see the vibrant autumn colors, and in the evening, the sunset casts its glow on the mountain peaks – every snapshot is a beautiful scene. The hotel's hot springs are a huge bonus. Of all the hot springs I've seen, the courtyard hot spring pools are exceptionally elegant, with excellent mountain views. Soaking in the hot springs, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and listening to the wind rustling through the leaves is pure relaxation.

GGuest UserThis feels like the best and most well-equipped hot spring hotel in Hailuogou! Highly recommend staying here! I booked a room with a private hot spring bath, and the owner said the water is all natural hot spring water, which is very comfortable to soak in. The room was also clean and hygienic, with air conditioning, a smart speaker, and an electric blanket—a great experience! There's also a free breakfast in the morning, and the noodles were delicious! There's an outdoor public swimming pool and over a dozen hot spring pools, as well as fish spa and sauna—perfect for a relaxing vacation!
