GGuest UserReceptionist is friendly. Environment is clean and fresh air. During our arrival, temperature very low. Room overall ok but the only pull back is the hot water for bathing. Only got enough after 10pm. We are glad that we manage to capture the “Golden Mountain” just right on top of their roof top. The hotel view surrounded but mountain. Hot air condition is noisy so we need to manage when it’s too loud. Location is perfect for guest who want to go Hailuogou. Walking distant to reach the tourist center.

QQiQQ21The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. During the communication with the boss, I feel that it is not easy to run a physical business. I like the boss’s sentiments👍I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come back to feel and experience the moment of tranquility in the mountains and forests and the shock of the golden mountains under the sun... close

Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was particularly warm, and the landlord's intentions could be felt in the details. The location is old street, Hailuogou Scenic Area is just a walk away, the surrounding environment is quiet, and I sleep very well at night. The landlord is warm and caring, answer all questions, and recommend a lot of local delicious and fun places. I will choose here next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay. First of all, the guesthouse has a great location, and the service was warm and attentive upon check-in. The owner even upgraded our room because we were a family of three. They also provided complimentary fruit and coffee. The room was very clean, the decor was new, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, showing the owner's attention to detail. The hot spring water was newly filled, and you can buy swimsuits there for a cheaper price than elsewhere. After a tiring day, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and arguably the most satisfying guesthouse I stayed at during this trip. I highly recommend it!

WWeixuanI recently stayed at Orange Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore local attractions. One of the standout features of this hotel is its cleanliness. The facilities were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a tidy environment, making my stay not only comfortable but also very enjoyable.

__WB63123****Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

Mmonsterwen1Snow Mountain Seclusion Twin Hot Springs Time: You can see the snow-capped mountains 🏔️ from the hot springs. You can soak in the morning and evening, and the kids absolutely loved it! The yak hotpot in the restaurant was delicious, and the roasted chicken was very fragrant too! They also provided complimentary fruit and goodnight milk – so thoughtful! 👍🏻 Waking up to see the 'golden mountains under the morning sun' was truly amazing! It was a great decision to choose Camp 3 for our stay. We woke up, had a soak, ate breakfast, and then directly took the bus up to the cable car. It was so convenient, especially traveling with kids!

GGuest UserWe were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

王王It should be the best hotel in geography. The closest to the pick-up point, you can directly see the panoramic view of Gongga Mountain and the large glacier indoors. This is the third time I have stayed. In the morning, you can see many snow peaks on the right on the top of the building, and you can see Jinshan in full sunshine. You can see the whole of Gongga Mountain's sunny Jinshan window room. There are many restaurants next to it, with many choices. The hotel does not provide breakfast anymore.
