Upon checking in the agent gave us a room in the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. I advised him that I had paid for a room with a view. He proceeded to tell me this is a room with a view! I was mortified because he saw no need to assist us any further It was late and I told him we would be checking out in the morning because I was not paying almost $300 per nite to look at cars from the 2nd floor parking lot.... I was able to speak with the manager in the morning who was very attentive and saw to it we got a much better room and with a view. I would only return because the manager and the day time staff was amazing, otherwise I would have given them a bad review based on the night time front desk agent who was absolutely 💯 horrible!!!!!! He can definitely use some reoccurring customer service classes. Being in the hospitality field myself it is difficult when I see employees who just don't care!!! It is very sad....

My son enjoyed our stay at this hotel for our Bengals game. Staff was very friendly and helpful,great food was within walking distance as well as the game, and the rooms was nice and clean and spacious

The check in guy was so sweet and helpful. We went to a concert and he gave us a number to someone that would take us and bring us back! Rooms were so nice! Thanks for giving us a relaxing night! We'll be back!

Great hotel and location. We were pleasantly surprised. Went for the Bengals game and could see the stadium from the window. Shuttle picks you up right in front for a buck. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of food options within walking distance. This will be a yearly stay.
