The hotel is connected to the commercial street and has its own Michelin 1-star restaurant. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, and it is a 10-minute walk to the lakeside. Although the room is small, it is very clean and the breakfast does not have many varieties.

I think this is the best choice for accommodation in the Lugano area. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Piazza della Riforma or the lake. Next to the hotel is the funicolare station, which allows direct access to Lugano station without climbing. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room is clean overall, and mini bar drinks are free. The small drawback is that the room is a little smaller.

El hotel está super bonito! y además tiene una ubicación privilegiada, justo saliendo del ascensor que te lleva a la estacion de tren de Lugano, y a unos pasos de la plaza central de la ciudad. La comida es super rica, el bar tiene variedad de bebidas muy buenas. El personal es super amable. Las habitaciones son super cómodas además y amplias. Seguro volveremos, y lo recomendamos muchísimo.

Wir warum nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem zentral und ruhig in der Altstadt von Lugano, direkt an der Talstation der vom Bahnhof kommenden Standseilbahn gelegenen Hotel. Es handelt sich um ein erstklassiges, modernes und gut geführtes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Preisniveau ist schweiztypisch hoch. Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit französischem Bett, Sofa und kleiner Schreibgelegenheit, geschmackvoll-modern dekoriert mit netten Einsprengseln wie einem „antiken“ Telefonapparat. Der hochwertige Parkettboden trägt zum positiven Gesamteindruck bei. Die Minibar mit alkoholfreien Getränken ist im Preis inbegriffen, außerdem steht eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Kleines Bad mit bodentiefer Regendusche, die hinreichenden Wasserdruck aufweist. Handtuchheizkörper und Fußbodenheizung erhöhen das Wohlbefinden. Der kraftvolle Föhn hebt sich deutlich von den sonst in Hotels üblichen schwächlichen Gebläsen ab. Zimmer und Bad ausgesprochen sauber und im allerbestem Unterhaltungszustand. Alles wirkt neuwertig. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam und die offensichtlich sehr aufmerksame Hausdame! Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit appetitlich präsentierten Speisen von hoher Qualität. Schade allerdings, dass Omelett und frischgepresster Orangensaft nur gegen Aufpreis angeboten werden. Dies wirkt kleinlich und wird dem Standard und dem Preisniveau dieses Hotels nicht gerecht. Ausnahmslos sehr freundliches, dem Gast zugewandtes, polyglottes Personal. Man fühlt sich willkommen.
