Luganodante definitely like you (us)! Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Room is clean and cosy. Had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant/bistro - flame grill - awesome service! The only regret was staying there for just one night, wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely choose to stay at Luganodante again if we are back. Thank you team!
IMPORTANT TIP: please take the funicular - Lugano Città - from the Lugano Stazione to the hotel (just stop outside the hotel, very convenient). If feeling adventurous, proceed to enjoy the walk/hike down to the hotel from the station.

我覺得這是Lugano區域住宿最好的選擇，酒店位置很好，到Piazza della Riforma或湖邊都很近，酒店旁邊就是funicolare站，可以直達Lugano車站不用爬坡。早餐種類很豐富、房間整體很乾淨，mini bar飲料是免費的，小缺點是房間空間較小一點。

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town with a short ride on the funicolare from the train station. Great shower and bed, only the hairdryer would not be my first choice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that this is an old building, so the rooms are rather small. We will definetly stay here again.

If anyone wishes to see what excellent hospitality is, they should stay at Luganodante. "We like you" is not a marketing slogan but a way of living and treating the customers with the highest hospitality standards, friendliness, kindness and smile. The staff (reception, breakfast staff, housekeeping, restaurant) goes beyond their way to make you feel good. As a customer, you indeed feel very special. The hotel is perfectly located, literally 30seconds from the funicular. Rooms are cosy and well equipped (coffee, tea and bar with soft drinks included). Breakfast is breathtaking - the variety is great with plenty of tasty options in place and the best coffee ever. When we go back to Lugano this will be definitely our choice to stay. Upon the check out, each guest receives a bottle of water and you may leave luggage in the storage. Thank you to Simone and the entire staff of Luganodante for their help and kindness. We will be back!
