The location is good, only a five-minute walk to the lake.
The hotel room is very, very small. The 13 square meters mentioned online is really not an exaggeration. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs and everything it should have.
The hotel doesn't have a gym, but it does have a small swimming pool.
There was a smell in the room, and I had to open the window to ventilate it all day long.

Friendly staff , hotel clean n very nice . We also recieve free drink and water in mini bar . Very delicious breakfast . Will be visit soo. .near to the town. Sea view is breath taking . We take suite bed was very bed . Decoration in the room was very beautiful

Venues pour 1 week-end de formation professionnelle nous avons été enchantées ! Accueil chaleureux et attentif. Personnel charmant. Hotel in the Paradiso area also widely used for conferences and large groups. Structure and rooms that could use a good refresh. Very kind staff at reception and quick check-in. Our the junior suite provided to us as a free upgrade was large with a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view towards the lake. Large but quite dark bathroom. A dusty smell pervades the entire structure perhaps due to the presence of carpet everywhere, somewhat in American style. Breakfast insufficient especially for the quality of what was offered

Welcoming, elegant, clean and well-equipped structure. Staff very kind and available for every request. Good quality bed for adequate rest, breakfast with good local products and well assorted. If we were to return to Ticino we will definitely stay at the Hotel de la Paix!
