Environment: The external environment of the hotel is good, but the inside of the room feels a bit spooky, and the wallpaper is like that of the last century.
Breakfast: Lots of fruits
Location: Less than 10 minutes from the train station
Disadvantages: The elevator design is unreasonable. There is no way to take the elevator on the first floor. You have to carry your luggage upstairs.

Great hotel within walking distance of the train station. Beautiful green area with palm trees and a wonderful outdoor pool. Varied breakfast. Next time I will stay there.

It doesn't say on the website that the bar is only for hotel guests, and I was not served, even though I had told them that I had specifically skipped the connecting train so that I could have a drink with them and do some "research" for a hotel stay, which of course will never happen given such a negative attitude. Hotel removed from my favorites list.

Very nice hotel close to Lugano station. The windows are well soundproofed: you can't hear the trains. The room is not big and the bathroom is small. In April we failed to set the temperature correctly and got too hot. We had two connecting rooms, which is very practical when you are a family with two teenagers. The view of the lake from the balcony is magnificent, even though the trains pass right below. Beautiful and delicious breakfast buffet.

We had a great time in this hotel, which is located a stone's throw from the railway. As soon as you enter their courtyard, the green garden immediately puts you in a relaxing holiday mood. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to every detail. Our room was large, with a nice balcony and a fantastic view of Lugano and the lake. Everything very clean, modern, large bathroom, comfortable beds. The sublime breakfast at Buffett, simply superb. We also had an aperitif and dinner in the hotel, all delicious. Simply TOP!

Good service, rooms facing the park are very quiet. We received a free upgrade for both rooms - very generous, thank you. The rooms have been beautifully renovated! The breakfast buffet was also good. We only have one criticism: there are no normal pillows, the 3 pillows available are either too big or they are hard sofa cushions, which is weird, and there is only 1 duvet for the double bed. If you are used to Nordic accommodation with 2 duvets, this can be difficult. Otherwise everything is OK and recommended.
