環境：酒店外部環境不錯，但是房間內部感覺有點陰森，配置的墻紙像上世紀
早餐：水果很豐富
位置：離火車站不到10分鐘路程
槽點：電梯設計的不合理，1樓居然沒辦法坐電梯，要拎行李上樓

Замечательный отель в нескольких минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Красивая зеленая территория с пальмами и чудесный открытый бассейн. Разнообразный завтрак. В следующий раз остановлюсь в нём же.

Auf der Homepage steht nicht , dass die Bar nur für Hotelgäste ist, und ich wurde tatsächlich nicht bedient, obwohl ich ihnen sogar gesagt hatte, dass ich extra den Anschlusszug nicht genommen hätte, um bei ihnen noch etwas zu trinken und zu "recherchieren " für einen Hotel Aufenthalt, den es bei so ablehnender Haltung natürlich nun nie mehr geben wird . Hotel von der Favoritenliste gestrichen .

Très joli hôtel proche de la gare de Lugano. Les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées : on n'entend pas les trains. La chambre n'est pas grande et la salle de bains est petite. En avril, nous n'avons pas réussi à régler la température correctement et avons eu trop chaud. Nous avions deux chambres communicantes, ce qui est bien pratique quand on est une famille avec deux ados. La vue sur le lac depuis le balcon est magnifique, même si les trains passent juste en dessous. Buffet de petit-déjeuner magnifique et délicieux.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo albergo, che si trova a due passi dalla ferrovia. Non appena si entra nel loro cortile, il giardino verde ti fa subito entrare in un'ottica vacanziera di rilassamento. Il personale è molto gentile e sono attenti ad ogni dettaglio. La nostra stanza era grande, con un bel balcone e una fantastica vista su Lugano e il lago. Tutto molto pulito, moderno, bagno grande, letti comodi. La colazione sublime a Buffett, semplicemente superlativo. Abbiamo anche fatto aperitivo e cena in albergo, tutto buonissimo. Semplicemente TOP!

Guter Service, Zimmer zum Park sind sehr ruhig. Wir erhielten für beide Zimmer gratis ein Upgrad - sehr grosszügig, danke. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert! Auch Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Wir habe nur einen Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keine normalen Kopfkissen, die 3 vorhandenen Kissen sind entweder zu gross, oder es sind harte Sofakissen, komisch, und es gibt nur 1 Bettdecke für das Doppelbett. Wenn man nordisch gewöhnt ist mit 2 Bettdecken, kann das schwierig sein. Ansonsten alles ok und zu empfehlen.
